  • The Human Resources Coordinator will provide a variety of human resources services, including hiring, onboarding, HRIS management, benefits coordination, and leave management. This position will provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers and will promote agency values at all times.

  • The Data and HMIS Specialist is responsible for execution of and maintenance systems used to collect client-level data and service delivery outputs for all housing, education and family stability programming.
    The Data and HMIS Specialist updates and improves reporting for ongoing quality and improvement of all HFF data in order to improve internal practices, and client and program outcomes reporting. The Data and HMIS Specialist is a key position in training, motivating, and encouraging frontline staff to enter complete, accurate, and timely data under the direction of the Grants and Compliance Director and in close collaboration with all HFF Department and Teams.

  • The Housing Stability Specialist is responsible for providing housing stability services and linkage
    to essential community resources for families experiencing homelessness. This role includes
    maintaining pantry, supply room, Welcome Home kit supplies; holiday-based programming and
    additional Family Stability services.
