Heather Ward serves on the Executive and Human Resource Committees. She has been with White Castle for over 13 years and oversees three different human resources and administrative departments. She met her husband, Mike Smith, at a White Castle holiday party. Heather holds a BA from Eckerd College and attended Rider University for her MBA. She also volunteers with AmeriCorps and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
