Casey Clark Wins Jefferson Award

Our Board Member Casey Clark, was honored at the 2008 Jefferson Award Luncheon held on April 3 in Columbus. Casey was one of 19 finalists out of 150 nominees. The write-up touches on Casey's work.

"This Powell visionary turned a dilapidated warehouse into the Dowd Education Center, raising much-needed funds and coordinating hundreds of volunteers. Clark's dedication to educating homeless, school-aged children provides them with after school and summer tutoring and enrichment." (from the Program).
